By accessing or using the website located at oceansideepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com, or by engaging the services of Oceanside Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors to the website and to all customers who retain us for flooring or concrete services.
Oceanside Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing provides concrete flooring installation, coating, polishing, resurfacing, and related services in Oceanside, California, and surrounding communities. Specific services, scope of work, materials, and timelines are agreed upon in writing before any work begins.
Our website provides general information about our services and allows visitors to contact us or request an estimate. Nothing on our website constitutes a binding offer to perform services. All services require a separate written agreement.
All estimates provided by Oceanside Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing are based on a site visit and an assessment of your specific project conditions. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
An estimate is not a binding contract. Work does not begin until both parties have signed a written service agreement. If site conditions differ materially from what was assessed during the estimate - for example, if previously unknown damage, moisture issues, or prior coatings are discovered - we will notify you before proceeding and discuss any pricing adjustments.
All prices are in United States dollars. Sales tax, permits, and any required engineering or inspection fees are not included in estimates unless explicitly stated.
Once a service agreement is signed and a deposit is paid, we will schedule your project and reserve time in our calendar for your job. We make every reasonable effort to complete work on the agreed schedule, but delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will notify you promptly of any changes.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit, at our discretion, to cover costs already incurred.
We reserve the right to reschedule or decline work if site conditions at the time of the scheduled start are not suitable for safe or quality installation - for example, excessive moisture, ambient temperatures outside acceptable ranges, or access issues.
You are responsible for clearing the work area completely before our crew arrives unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes removing all vehicles, tools, equipment, shelving, and personal items from the space being worked on. Failure to clear the space may result in rescheduling and may affect the deposit.
You are responsible for ensuring that access to the work area is available at the agreed time and that any required utilities - such as electrical power or water - are available at the site.
You agree to follow all post-installation care instructions provided by our team, including curing wait times before foot traffic or vehicle use. Failure to follow curing instructions may void any workmanship warranty.
Payment terms are stated in your written service agreement. In general, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project and your acceptance of the work.
Accepted payment methods are stated in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as allowed by law. In the event that payment is not received, we reserve the right to pursue collection through all available legal means, including filing a mechanic's lien on the property where work was performed, as permitted under California law.
We stand behind our work. Any workmanship warranty specific to your project will be stated in your written service agreement. Warranties cover defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, failure to follow care instructions, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or modifications made by anyone other than our team.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oceanside Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for damages to pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed to us before work began, or for issues that arise from site conditions outside our control.

In the event of a dispute arising from our services or these Terms and Conditions, we ask that you first contact us directly to attempt to resolve the issue. We will make a reasonable effort to address your concern promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it through mediation before pursuing litigation. Mediation costs shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
