Oceanside Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing was founded in 2017 by a crew that had spent years working on concrete floors across North San Diego County and decided there was a better way to do it. The business started right here in Oceanside, a few blocks from the harbor, and it has been locally owned and operated ever since.

It has ranch homes from the 1960s, newer subdivisions out by Rancho del Oro, beach bungalows near the pier, and a large military community connected to Camp Pendleton just up the road.
